WHAT IS IT?
Lemon water is plain water with fresh lemon juice included. It’s ideal to inhale your lemons and juice each time to get an optimal nutritional advantage. SQUEEZE LEMONS FOR LEMON JUICE
Usually, I squeeze 1 lemon (about 4 tablespoons of juice) into 16 oz of water and then use that as my lemon beverage over one or two days. If I need it chilled, then I abandon it refrigerated; should I need it hot, I heat it in the dawn of ingesting it.

ADD SOME LEMON PEEL TO LEMON WATER
I also frequently add 1/4 of a lemon peel to my own water and mix in a high-speed blender. You do not need to bring this way, but it raises the nutritional benefits should you.

Small quantities of lemon peel comprise calcium, fiber, magnesium, and potassium. And surprisingly, 1 tbsp provides 9 percent of the daily requirement for vitamin C. Certain that you aren’t in choosing pesticides that like to stick to lemon peels. If you do not utilize the peel, then non-organic is nice; the pesticides do not tend to absorb lemons beyond the peel.
